G - GOAL: What do you want to accomplish today?
A - ADVERSITY: What are the obstacles in your way? Remember to focus on what's within your control.
M - MINDSHIFT: Use any of the mindfulness techniques to shift into a more resourceful state. (OMMS, I’m Excited, 3 Deep Breaths, Ride The Wave)
E - EXPERIMENT: Adopt an experimenter's mindset. Move into a state of curiosity as you guess and test your next action.
S - SATISFIED: And finally, after you've taken action, ask yourself: 1) What went well? 2) What needs work? 3) How will you optimize moving forward?
